บริษัท เอ็น.ไอ.เอ็ม. จำกัด ให้ความสำคัญกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของลูกค้า คู่ค้า ผู้ติดต่อ ผู้สมัครงาน และผู้ใช้งานเว็บไซต์ บริษัทจึงจัดทำนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฉบับนี้ขึ้น เพื่อแจ้งให้ทราบถึงรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ให้เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)

3. วัตถุประสงค์ในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
บริษัทเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้
3.1 เพื่อการติดต่อสื่อสาร ตอบข้อสอบถาม และให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบริการ

3.8 เพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย กฎระเบียบ หรือคำสั่งของหน่วยงานที่มีอำนาจ
4. ฐานในการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
บริษัทประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านภายใต้ฐานทางกฎหมาย ดังนี้

6. การรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
บริษัทจัดให้มีมาตรการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เหมาะสม ทั้งมาตรการทางเทคนิคและการบริหารจัดการ เพื่อป้องกันการสูญหาย การเข้าถึง ทำลาย ใช้ ดัดแปลง หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
7. ระยะเวลาในการเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
บริษัทจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้เป็นระยะเวลาเท่าที่จำเป็น เพื่อให้บรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ระบุไว้ในนโยบายนี้ หรือตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด เมื่อพ้นระยะเวลาดังกล่าว บริษัทจะดำเนินการลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลเป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้
